Cancellation Policy
I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost, which will be charged to the card on file.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or rescheduling.
For reoccurring cancellations, appointments will be limited to day of availability only.
I strive to provide a positive experience for all clients and reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.
